By enrolling in our tutoring services, you agree to attend scheduled sessions, make timely payments, and communicate any changes or issues. Cancellations must follow the guidelines outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify services and policies with prior notice.
Our tutoring services are provided on a term basis or weekly payment schedule. Students are expected to participate actively in sessions and complete assigned homework to maximize learning outcomes.
We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
We collect personal information including student names, contact details, academic information, and progress records solely for the purpose of delivering effective tutoring services.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled or credited to your account. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be deducted from your session allowance.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a makeup session at no additional cost.
Term fees are generally non-refundable once the term begins. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, family emergencies, or permanent relocation.
Trial sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover tutor preparation time.
Payments are due at the beginning of each term unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Weekly payments incur an additional $5 per hour fee to cover administrative costs.

Late payments may result in suspended sessions until the balance is cleared. A grace period of 7 days is provided before suspension takes effect.

Persistent disruptive behavior, consistent tardiness, or lack of engagement may result in a review of the student's enrollment and potential termination of services.

studyCave is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all students. We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, neglect, or inappropriate behavior.

Any safety concerns should be reported immediately to management. All reports will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with appropriate confidentiality and sensitivity.
We maintain appropriate supervision, clear behavioral expectations, and safe physical environments for all tutoring sessions, whether conducted in-person or online.
